Questions and Answers for Confluence Cloud is a cloud-based application which is available to install through Atlassian Marketplace. 

This Privacy Policy provides you with an overview of the collection and processing of your data by the Application.

Data Storage

Confluence installation data

Our application stores Customer Data provided and generated by Atlassian, that are required for license validation, contract administration and communication with you as our customer. This includes your AddOnKey, ProductType, ClientKey, BaseUrl, ServiceEntitlementNumber, SharedSecret, OauthClientId, Cloud instance administrator information.

Application data

All questions & answers data are stored inside your Confluence Cloud using Atlassian Custom Content. 

Data removal and retention

The data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service by our application.

You can always request to see or remove your data. Just send us an email: team@elitesoft.info
