Release note Version 1.5.6

Allow space administrators to manage Questions & Answers of their spaces.

1) Log in as an administrator, open Configuration - Questions & Answers page, check on option Allow space administrators to manage Questions & Answers

2) Create a Confluence group for your space administrators and add this group to Use Question & Answer groups or add each of your space administrators to Use Question & Answer users 

For example: I have a confluence-space-admins group which includes some Confluence space administrators and an user(john) that I want to have manage Questions & Answers permission so I configure as below so these space administrators can use and manage Questions & Answers
