Step 1:

Open Google Chrome Settings, click on Downloads

On the Downloads section:

+ Location: change the download location to a folder where you will store exported questions' files.

+ Ask where to save each file before downloading: click the button to turn off.

Step 2:

Go to your Confluence Data Center/Server administration page.

On the left navigator, at Questions & Answers section, click Migrations to open Questions & Answers Exporter page. On this page, click Download to export questions & answers' files to the folder configurated in step 1.

Step 3:

Go to your Confluence Cloud administration page. On the left navigator, click Questions & Answers to open this page. On this page, click on tab Import, click Upload exported files from Confluence Data Center/Server to open the import page.

Step 4:

On the Import page, click Choose File to choose the exported file. Then click Upload

After clicking Upload, the file will be loaded.

You need to add user mapping and space mapping so the questions can be import to Confluence cloud.

In the Images & Files, click Choose Files and select all the files you exported in the Step 2 so they can be imported with your questions.

Step 5:

After add user mapping, space mapping and files, click Import button to import your questions.
