To migrate questions from Server/Data Center to Confluence Cloud, you must first export the data from Server/Data Center and then import it into Cloud.
1. Export questions from Confluence Server/Data Center
Go to Confluence administrator → Questions & Answers → Migrations: click Download to get the exported questions.
2. Import questions to Confluence Cloud
Go to Confluence Administrator → Configuration → Questions & Answers: on this page, click on tab Import, in this tab, click Import Questions & Answers from Confluence Server/Data Center to Confluence Cloud to go to migration page.
On Questions & Answers Migration page, you choose the exported file in step 1 and click Upload. You need to input account ids for your users and spaces. Select questions and click Import button to import your questions to Confluence cloud.
