1) Configure default value for Confluence

Administator can enter which file types are allowed or blocked when users upload:

2) Configure attachment filter for spaces

Go to the space you want to configure attachment filter, on the side bar, click on Space tools, click Overview

The Space Tools will open, click on Attachment Filter tab to configure for this space
