+ Go to Confluence administration page, on left menu go to section QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, click on Configuration
+ Questions & Answers configuration page is opened.
- Permission settings: give users/groups permission to manage or use Questions & Answers
- Reputation setting: users will gain or lose reputation
2) User
+ Users who have managing permission can edit/delete questions, answers, comments
+ Users who have using permission can ask questions, answer questions ...
+ User can ask a question only relates to a space so this question won't be visible to everyone. Only people who can view the space can search for and see questions that were asked there.
+ User can upload files or images to questions or answers: Upload files & images
