After installing Page Assistant, go to Confluence page or blog post which you want to delete attachment or comments.
Click on ... (Tools menu) then click on Delete Attachments or Delete Child Pages or Delete Comments or Delete Page Versions
If you click on Delete Attachments , a dialog will show all attachments on page/blog for you to select items to delete:

If you click on Delete Comments, a dialog will show all comments on page/blog for you to select items to delete:
If you click on Delete Child Pages, a dialog will show all child pages of page/blog for you to select items to delete:
If you click on Delete Page Versions, a dialog will show all page versions for you to select items to delete:
